Official communications are supplied with a translation into English or your preferred language, ready to forward to your client. These translations are included in the applicable service fees.

What does the €150 professional fee include?

How do I receive filing receipts and certificates?
Filing receipts, reports and certificates are sent by email. For larger filing volumes, we can also arrange API notifications and document delivery to your systems.
What happens if the office raises an objection?
We forward the official communication with a translation into English or your preferred language and record the deadline. The €45 fee for handling a deadline-bearing communication includes this translation. You choose the support you need: your firm can prepare the response for us to file, or instruct us to assess the objection, recommend a course of action and prepare and file the response based on your instructions. Additional work is agreed with you in advance and charged according to the time actually spent.
