For an office objection, this handling fee also covers the brief initial assessment and the estimate for further work described in the procedure. Preparing or filing a substantive response requires separate agreement.
Professional fees and additional professional charges exclude VAT where applicable. Official fees are shown separately. Your invoice will reflect the applicable tax treatment.
The portal displays the calculation for the application details you enter. Please also review the stated scope of service and any separately charged services.
Fixed fees and additional work
Agreed fixed professional fees apply to the expressly listed services and take precedence over hourly billing. The listed fixed fees carry no additional document fee. Additional work requires separate agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, it is billed at €310 per hour in six-minute increments, with each started increment charged in full. Outside fixed-fee services, the document fee and actual expenses specified in our terms may apply. VAT is added where applicable.
